Terms of Use and Sale

These terms apply to your use of this website and your purchase of the 7-Day AI Confidence Starter Kit (the “Starter Kit”) from Real Estate AI Simplified with Ryan Gaertner (“Real Estate AI Simplified,” “we,” or “us”). By using this website or buying the Starter Kit, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the Starter Kit.

1. Who we are

Real Estate AI Simplified is an independent educational program created by Ryan Gaertner, a California licensed real estate broker (CalDRE #01372839). It is not a brokerage service, and it is not offered, sponsored, or endorsed by any real estate brokerage.

2. What you are buying

The Starter Kit is a digital educational product. It includes lessons, copy-and-paste prompts, cheat sheets, and short video demonstrations, all delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped.

3. Price and payment

The price is $39 (US dollars), paid once. The Starter Kit is not a subscription, and you will not be billed again for it. Payment is handled by a third-party checkout provider, and that provider’s own terms and privacy practices apply to your payment. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

4. Access

You receive access to the Starter Kit electronically right after purchase. Your access lasts for as long as Real Estate AI Simplified offers the Starter Kit. If we ever retire it, we will give you at least 90 days’ notice so you can save your downloads.

5. 30-day refund

If the Starter Kit is not right for you, email DHAenterprisesInc@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full $39. You do not need to fill out a form or explain why. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to show the credit.

6. License and acceptable use

When you buy the Starter Kit, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the lessons, prompts, cheat sheets, and videos in your own business. You may not:

7. Optional add-ons and memberships

Any optional add-on, advanced training, or membership is offered separately. It is never added to your order automatically, and its price, billing, and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you decide to buy.

8. AI tools and your responsibility

The Starter Kit teaches you how to use third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT. We are not affiliated with OpenAI or any other AI provider. Their features, plans, limits, and policies change often, so some screens may look different from what you see in the lessons.

AI can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing anything before you publish or send it. That includes making sure your content follows fair housing laws, advertising rules, MLS rules, California Department of Real Estate requirements, and your own brokerage’s policies. Please do not paste confidential client information, passwords, or account numbers into AI tools without appropriate authorization.

9. Educational use only, no guaranteed results

The Starter Kit is for education. It is not legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice. We do not promise any leads, search rankings, sales, income, or time savings. Examples in the lessons and on this website are illustrations. Your results depend on your effort, your market, and your own review of anything AI creates.

10. Ownership

The Starter Kit and this website, including the text, lessons, prompts, videos, logo, and design, belong to Real Estate AI Simplified or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Other than the license in section 6, you receive no ownership rights. Names such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, and Coldwell Banker belong to their respective owners.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Starter Kit and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Starter Kit or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Starter Kit. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. An update will not reduce the refund or access promises that applied when you bought the Starter Kit.
